LESSON OBSERVATIONS

video modules, lesson observations, file downloads
I have a VAST array of lessons recorded for observation. To me, this is the treasure trove of my website. I have always felt I learned to teach cello by watching great music teachers. I have been most influenced by watching the live teaching Janos Starker, Helga Winold, Mimi Zweig, and Richard Aaron. I hope my collection can be a valuable resource for others.
Some examples of what you'd find on the observation page are:
- Three full years of near every lesson since one student was 3.5 years old
- Lessons over the course of 12 years with one of my students
- Lessons in Korean over the course of 8 years with my daughter
- Lessons with elementary, middle, and high schoolers
- Lesson compilations
- "Teacher's Cut" lessons, where I narrate lessons like a movie director in a director's cut
